On March 2014, the Academic Board of the College for Economics and Administration in the town of Plovdiv conferred the academic position “Assoc.prof. on Tomo Borissov,PhD of the “National Security “ Department. Assoc. prof. Tomo Borissov is the author of scientific publications, lots of articles ,and a treatise in the field of national security .The basic problems of his reviewed scientific books are in connection with the theory, methodology and practice of self-defence and surviving of the security staff sector and public order.Issues on the surviving and defence of the citizens after attacks on nuclear power stations and chemical plants are also being reviewed.
